Site Ops
Read-only Collector

Use and limitations

Terms of Service

A limited utility for the websites you are authorized to manage.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. Private and personal use

Site Ops Read-only Collector is intended for private, owner-operated website reporting. There are no public customer accounts, subscriptions or hosted dashboards. These pages are informational and do not grant access to an operating collection service.

2. Authorized account access

Connect only accounts and websites you own or have permission to manage. Use the official provider authorization process and protect your own credentials. Access does not grant ownership of any data, site or third-party service.

3. Read-only data retrieval

The permitted purpose is retrieving authorized reporting information through official APIs. The application must not request write permissions or automatically publish content, submit advertising applications or submit security reviews. No method may bypass provider permissions, access limits or policies.

4. Data accuracy and availability

Google and Microsoft supply the source data. Reports may be delayed, filtered, sampled, incomplete or unavailable. Indexed-URL information is not a promise of current indexing, and reported earnings are not proof that money has been paid. Verify material business decisions against the relevant provider records.

5. Third-party API dependencies

Provider accounts, API availability, permissions and quotas govern access. The utility cannot guarantee continued access or equivalence with every feature shown in a provider’s web interface. Provider terms apply separately and can change.

6. User responsibility

The owner is responsible for the authority to access each site, the security of the server, appropriate retention and deletion settings, and the handling of exported reports. Do not activate collection before those controls have been implemented and tested.

7. Service limitations

The utility is not currently connected to collection APIs and is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or complete data. It does not guarantee search engine indexing, ranking, advertising income, AdSense approval or the removal of security warnings. It is not a substitute for legal, tax or financial advice.

8. Termination and revocation

The owner may stop using the utility and revoke provider access at any time. Collection from a revoked source must stop. Existing reports, credentials and backups require separate local deletion; there is currently no automatic deletion service.

9. Changes to these terms

The operator must update these pages when the permitted purpose or data handling changes and show the updated date. New data uses must be disclosed and any required consent obtained before they begin. These terms do not permit undisclosed expansion of access.
